The multiple design and manufacturing works of the last three months are coming to an end!
In May, the new VT1 base with a hybrid chassis (composite and aluminum) started to run. The tests were very positive.
In June, the body was completed and integrated to the chassis. Minor changes were applied to obtain the basic version of the velomobile (without wheel motor) that you see here in REAL!
The first tests are very conclusive for this VT1 basic version (without electric assistance) in terms of stability and general performance.
Some work remains to be done for the LED lighting kit and the rear protection (wheel cover and transmission).
Then, the wheel motor and battery (see future position above), will be installed to convert the VT1 into a VT1-e.
